The published rule is that you must enter within 30 minutes of the time printed on the ticket. At 11:20 or 11:25 you are still inside that window; after it, reserved access is no longer guaranteed.

11:00 ticket. Train timing now looks more like 11:20 or 11:25 at the door. I keep seeing people talk about “grace periods” but I only care about the actual rule. Am I still inside the allowed window at that point?
