engagement photos inside - where is the line?

Not a commercial shoot, but more than casual phone snaps: proper camera, couple dressed up, maybe a few posed engagement-style shots. No crew. Are they likely to treat that as ordinary private photography or as a prohibited photo shoot? Tripod/selfie stick also relevant.

The rules draw the line at private-use photography. Using the public areas specifically as a photo-shoot location is prohibited; tripods and selfie sticks are also forbidden, and changing clothes in the visitor areas/restrooms is not allowed. A few private snapshots are different from staging a shoot.
