No visitor cloakroom/locker during daytime visiting hours. The cloakrooms are for performances, and luggage/travel bags are not allowed inside.

Suitcase. Where does it go.
Hotel checkout 10:00, visit 11:30, cabin-size wheeled case. Is there a visitor cloakroom or locker during daytime visits? I keep finding mentions of cloakrooms but not whether they are actually open then.
