save ticket offline before going in?
Travelling with my parents and I do not want to be standing at the entrance trying to load an email on bad mobile data. Is there any reason not to download the ticket/QR code to the phone beforehand?
Suitcase. Where does it go.
Hotel checkout 10:00, visit 11:30, cabin-size wheeled case. Is there a visitor cloakroom or locker during daytime visits? I keep finding mentions of cloakrooms but not whether they are actually open then.
best 20 mins for architecture photos: stairs or foyer?
Camera, no tripod, normal private-use photos. If I only get 20 minutes to concentrate on one space, Grand Staircase or Grand Foyer? I care about lines, depth and people-in-space more than close details.
wheelchair + companion: both free? priority entry too?
Manual wheelchair, one companion. I can see references to free admission and priority entry but they are spread over different pages. Am I reading this correctly: self-guided visit free for both of us, supporting document required, and priority entry applies? I would rather know the exact rule than rely on “accessible” as a general label.
guided or self-guided if I mainly want the auditorium?
Hello. My main reason for visiting is the auditorium and Chagall ceiling. I am happy to pay for the guided tour if that improves the chance of seeing it, but I do not want to pay extra based on a false assumption. Does either type of visit actually guarantee auditorium access?
calendar says closed/sold out, can I just try the box office?
Tomorrow is showing unavailable on the visit calendar. The building itself may still be open, so I am wondering if “sold out/closed” online just means no more web slots. Can I turn up and buy a daytime visit ticket at the box office?
Revelacio tablet - reserve now or just rent there?
Already have a self-guided ticket. Looking at the Revelacio multimedia tablet mainly for the augmented/visual material, not because I need an audio guide. Can it be added in advance, or is this something you only pick up on site subject to stock?
kids free = no ticket needed?
Booking for two adults and our 9-year-old. I know under-12s are free, but does “free” mean I leave him off the online booking and just bring him with us? I really do not want to discover at the entrance that he needed some zero-euro ticket.
Moon Salon or Sun Salon if I only stop at one?
Taking my parents and trying not to turn every room into a 10-minute stop. Between the Moon and Sun salons, is there a simple visual difference that helps us choose where to linger?
